Delivery and Returns Policies

Delivery Policy
 

• We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm the same day.
• All orders received after 2pm will be despatched the following day.
• All orders received after 2pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
• Delivery is 24-72 hours; we use Fastway Couriers who will deliver to most addresses in Mainland UK. If you live in a remote part of the UK or outside Mainland UK please allow more time for delivery.
• If the order hasn’t arrived within 72 hours contact us so we can track your order.
• Contact us for overseas delivery costs

Returns Policy

• Goods can be returned if they are faulty, or not what you ordered.
• Goods must be returned within 28 days.
• Returned items must be sent back with all original packaging, proof of purchase and contact details. This will help us process your return as quickly as possible.
  Faulty Items can be exchanged. If there is a problem with replacing the item we will contact you and arrange an alternative or a refund.
